Returns and Exchanges
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be accompanied by the original packaging
- You have 30 days to return the product
- Order number
- Refund or exchange
- Items being returned
- New size requested (if applicable)
Fit/Size Issue: If your product does not fit you may send it back and try another size. You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the product, and EVERBEAR will cover shipping of the new item back to you.
Damaged Product: Our quality control is top notch but on the rare occasion you receive a damaged or defective product we will gladly replace it. Please contact us at email@example.com and include a picture of the damage.
Refunds (if applicable): You (the customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to EVERBEAR. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and your method of payment will be refunded, or you can receive the store credit towards your next order.
Clearance and one-time-use products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
